Section 1 Definitions and Introduction

The meanings of certain terms used in these Terms are described below:

All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited. jwin may at any time request documents for identity verification, which may include a national ID card, passport, or bank statement.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Account Transfer

No account may be transferred, sold, or rented to another person. The account is entirely personal and non-transferable.

Section 3 Eligibility and Age Limit

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on jwin:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The user is operating the account in their own name and for their own benefit.
• The user is not placing bets on behalf of a third party or for any commercial purpose.

Section 4 Account Security

The user bears full responsibility for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) secure.

4.1 Confidentiality of Login Credentials

Users must keep their password confidential and must not share it with anyone. Easily guessable passwords should be avoided. Changing your password regularly is recommended.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If someone gains unauthorised access to an account, or if any suspicious activity is noticed, jwin's support team must be notified immediately. Support is available at any time via live chat or email.

Section 5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on jwin:

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activities.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification on the account must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

5.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Making deposits or withdrawals using a payment account or bank account registered in a third party's name is prohibited. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name.

Section 6 Bonuses and Promotions

jwin offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all such offers:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the balance ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• A bonus may only be claimed once; attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account closure.
• Bonus offers may have a specific expiry period; any unused bonus remaining after expiry will be forfeited.
• jwin reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

Section 7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when conducting all types of gaming activity on jwin:

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless required by the platform due to a technical error. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, jwin reserves the right to make a reasonable decision.

7.2 Result Determination

The outcome of all games is determined by each game's own rules and jwin's verified systems. If there is a dispute over a result, it must be reported to the support team within the specified timeframe after the relevant round or bet has concluded.

7.3 Breach of Game Rules

If a bet is found to be invalid under the rules of a game, jwin may cancel the bet amount and return it to the user's account, or settle it according to the outcome.

Section 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jwin platform:

• Claiming bonuses by fraudulent means or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets or playing games using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.

If any such activity is detected, jwin may immediately close the relevant account and take legal action where applicable.

Section 9 Account Suspension and Closure

jwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If information requested for identity verification is not provided within the specified time.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is observed.
• If the user themselves requests self-exclusion.
• If compliance with a directive from a legal or regulatory authority is required.

9.1 Account Closure at the User's Own Request

Users may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Before the account is closed, the opportunity will be given to settle all active bets and withdraw any available balance; however, if wagering requirements remain unmet, any bonus funds will be forfeited.

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

jwin is not liable for the following:

• A bet being lost or a result being affected due to loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
• Any delay or error on the part of a third-party service provider (payment gateway, game provider).
• Loss resulting from theft of a user's login credentials or unauthorised access, where the user themselves negligently shared their credentials.
• Service disruption due to circumstances beyond jwin's control (force majeure).

jwin makes every effort to resolve technical issues promptly and is committed to providing users with the best possible service. However, jwin reserves the right to suspend the service for a limited time in unavoidable circumstances.

Section 11 Privacy and Data Protection

jwin follows a separate privacy policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of users' personal data. 11.1 Use of Data

Section 12 Changes to the Terms

jwin reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

For significant changes, jwin will endeavour to notify registered users by email or through a platform notification. However, if users continue to use the platform after the updated Terms have been published, they will be considered to have accepted those changes.
